All of our emails are distributed through Yahoo Groups. We try to keep the number of emails to a minimum by having board members approve each email that goes out.
Please go to http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/AustinTennisClub/, and click Join This Groupbutton on the right side. Please follow the steps to be on the email list.
If you want to send an email to the whole group after setting your account up, please post the message at http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/AustinTennisClub/postand have one of the board members approve it.
RSVP for Tennis & Other Events
Tuesday and Friday tennis as well as other social events require RSVP. Sign up is taken online, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Signing Up
The written procedure is long, but it’s really not that bad.
Go to ATC’s website and log in. If you do not know your username, please email Andrew.
After you log in, please click on ATC Events tab at the top. Click on Sign Up Now button, and click on the event that you want to sign up from the list at the bottom of the page. Click on New Reservation link, and click on New Reservation button. You are done!
Click on the event again, and your name should appear on the list. If your name does not appear, try the procedure above again. If you still have a problem, please email one of the board members.
Cancelling RSVP
To cancel your RSVP, please email the board member running the social.. Log in on the home page, and click on the event you signed up. Click on the Edit button that appears to the right of your name, and click on Delete Reservation button. Your name should disappear from the list.
Please Keep in Mind
We understand that things come up, and you sometimes need to cancel at the last minute. Because we play doubles on Tuesday and Friday nights, ATC would like to request that you give us as much notice as possible, so we can do our best to at least avoid having an odd number of people.
If you need to cancel at the last minute, please cancel online and inform one of the board members. Also, if you sign up for your friend, please make sure that he/she is going to show up. If you sign up, you are responsible.

Austin traffic can be a nightmare at any time of the day, and sometimes things come up at the last minute. If you need to cancel or find yourself running late, please call or text one of us at your earliest convenience. Please add contacts to your cell phone now.

Challenge Ladder
Once you are settled down and get to know people, why don’t you start challenging fellow ATC members and move up on the ladder? Ladder results are used for Texas Cup Team, ATC tournament seedings, end of year awards, and Friday night social lineups. You can find the ladder rules at the bottom of the ladder page.
Update Your Info
ATC keeps an online membership listing for members to contact each other. People use the information on this list to issue a challenge on the ladder, so please keep your contact information updated.
You can access the membership listing by logging in first, then clicking Members tab. You can also update your information by clicking on Members tab => My Profile menu => Edit My Profile menu.
