In order to encourage more people to join ATC and to help our members improve their tennis skill levels, the Board of Directors of ATC is partnering with some of our top players to offer occasional beginner's clinics. These clinics are open to Members ($4) and Non-Members ($5) and will focus on tennis fundamentals including, drills, and short group play. Note that this is not one on one coaching, but instructors will be giving feedback and suggestions to members throughout the clinic.
We are thinking about holding the first clinic on Friday April 29th from 7-8:30 PM at South Austin Tennis Center at the same time as the regular tennis social so that the beginner's clinic participants can socialize afterwards with everyone else. The clinic will be limited to the first 6 people to respond each week.
